Alice Springs Plan Review Water Advisory Committee

The Alice Springs Water Advisory Committee will provide advice and recommendations on the development and implementation of Alice Springs plan to the department and Minister.

Responsibilities

The committee will be responsible for:

• developing the plan for Alice Springs by 2026
• finalising the plan for Alice Springs by 2026
• implementing the plan for Alice Springs from 2026 onwards
• providing feedback and advice on water resource management from time to time.

Committee members

A chair and members will be listed upon completion of the appointment of the new water advisory committee.

Expression of interest

The Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water Security sought expressions of interest for the Alice Springs Water Advisory Committee.
