EPA draft guideline for comment

Published

The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) is seeking comments on its draft Guideline: Recommended Land Use Separation Distances.

The draft guideline identifies suggested separation distances for different land use activities in order to minimise the potential for conflict between different types of land use activities. It also provides information about the NT EPA’s approach to managing complaints resulting from incompatible land uses.

Feedback can be made on the draft Guideline until 9 August 2017. More information is available on the NT EPA’s website: ntepa.nt.gov.au/about-ntepa/for-your-comment
