The Water Resources appointment system is live!
On 22 November 2023, the Territory Appointment System for Water Resources went live!
The appointment system is based on the system used during the COVID-19 pandemic to book vaccinations. It is now available in an altered form for general appointment bookings.
This is another avenue Water Resources will use to engage with the public and licensees, allowing them to book an appointment without the need for a prior email or phone call.
Water Resources is trialing this new system in Darwin before opening appointments in the Katherine and Alice Springs regions.
The “make a booking” button can be found on the Water Resources contact website.
