Environment management plans under assessment
The following environment management plans (EMPs) are currently under assessment.
EMPs, where the proposed activities involve petroleum well drilling or hydraulic fracturing, will be open for a 28-day public comment period.
The comment period closes at midnight (ACST) on the date listed in the notice.
To be notified EMPs are open for public comment, you can subscribe.

The EMPs published below have been submitted to the Minister for Environment for approval. They're not yet approved and may be amended during this assessment process.
EMPs open for public comment are published on behalf of the minister. This is line with regulation 8A of the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016.
Not all EMPs are open for public comment.
