Berry Springs water allocation plan

The Berry Springs water allocation plan 2016-2026 was declared on 2 August 2016.

It provides a sustainable management framework for sharing water between human and environmental needs.

This applies to an 105km2 area within the Darwin rural water control district that encloses the Berry Springs dolostone aquifer system. To see the area, get the map PDF (516.2 KB).

You can also get the plan on the Territory Stories website. It is currently being reviewed and is expected to be completed by December 2022.
