Environmental approvals
The Northern Territory's environmental impact assessment and approval process concludes with an environmental approval or refusal issued by the minister.
The decision to grant, or refuse to grant, an environmental approval is informed by advice from the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA). The purpose of the environmental approval is to manage the potentially significant environmental impacts of an action.
Environmental approvals issued by the minister under the Environment Protection Act 2019 are published below. Environmental refusals would also be published on this page.
