Wildman Agricultural Precinct

Wildman Agricultural Precinct encompasses approximately 26,000ha of land and is located 135km east of Darwin.

The large-scale agricultural precinct comprises four areas of land. NT Portions 2623, 2624 and 3611 which are available on long-term lease, and NT Portion 5088 which is being offered for freehold sale as part of the development.

The Wildman Agricultural Precinct has the capacity to accommodate multiple agricultural and horticultural activities and high yield crops such as bananas and rain fed forestry such as mahogany as well as cattle production.

The department has mapped the environmental approvals required for development of the Wildman Agricultural Precinct.
