Aboriginal Ranger Grants Program
The Northern Territory Government’s Aboriginal Ranger Grants program provides support to Aboriginal Ranger groups to undertake conservation and land management on their country.

The next round of the grants program will be open from Saturday 24 July 2021.
Funding under the 2021-22 Capital Grants, Land & Sea Management Fund and Ichthys LNG Conservation Management Offset categories, will be available from 24 July 2021.

The Aboriginal Ranger Grants Program Guidelines provide a comprehensive description of the grants program, including:
- who can apply
- what may funded under the program
- how to apply
- how applications will be assessed and
- how funds will be provided.
- Funding under the Aboriginal Ranger Grants Program – Capital grants, Land and Sea Management grants and Ichthys LNG Conservation Management Offset grants – is available to Aboriginal Ranger Groups and Aboriginal organisations and corporations.
- Applicants can submit multiple applications and should clearly identify links between applications under each of the funds.
Applications for funding under the Aboriginal Ranger Grants Program are available through the Northern Territory Government's GrantsNT website .

All applications must be submitted using GrantsNT only. Anyone who cannot use GrantsNT must contact the grants program Director to make special arrangements. Contact details are available in the Contact tab below.
Funding under the Capital Grant Fund and the Land Management and Conservation Fund under round two of the Aboriginal Ranger Grants Program has been delivered.
Round four 2019/2020
Round four funding was limited to single year projects only. Due to COVID-19 impacts these projects may extend into 2021-2022.

Due to funding commitments from rounds one and two only a single project could be funded in round three.
The project was selected from round two applications for which the Aboriginal Land Management Advisory Group had requested additional information
